MIAMI | Paramount World Center | 699 FT / 213 M | 55 FL
This "Proposed" tower which is part of the Miami World Center project has started demolition of existing buildings on the site and thought it deserves it's own thread as it moves towards construction later on this year.

Yeah I realized earlier bob's dream made a separate thread. Eh, I'll leave it up to mods (quite frankly could just merge the posts here into the world centre thread). Granted, its the biggest tower in the complex and the World Centre generally covers the whole project (encompasses the total).
Similar to the Riverside Thread, in which, one component, 1 West End has its own thread, but its all part of the general master plan. Although at its height, and bulk (paramount), its still a major development in the grand scheme of things. |
Is world center supposed to be like a new downtown for Miami or something like that? What about investment into their current downtown which has shoddy retail and uninviting streets.
