Brilliant! More details please!

This one will be a surprise. We know it should be around 40 FL. All we can guess is that it's a mixed-use like Altoria (based on that 'render'). Could be the tallest of today's proposals.

yarabundi Apr 3, 2012 10:34 PM

Of all the projects announced, it's the more likely to get up since they have a sale office.

Vaillant Apr 3, 2012 11:05 PM

AMAZING! Montreal is in fire!

I shoudn't take long for the other projects to have sale offices as well.

I only counted around 30 stories?

The render doesn't go to the base of the building. We think it's a mixed-use project and for the condo sales office they zoom on the condo portion of the tower.

Another image of the tower. Photo taken from mtlurb.com.

It will have 4 sides. It will rise somewhere between 0 - 1,000 meters. It will feature multiple floors with elevators that rise vertically to take passengers to these different levels. It will be constructed of possibly stone, or wood or steel or glass or combination of all of these. It will have bathrooms that people can use when their poutine makes its way through their digestive tracts. It will feature a Rico Rommheim shrine on floor 38 1/2.
More details to come.

The website is now up. It is confirmed that this is NOT the Cadillac-Fairview project. This project is being built by Essaris Group. Queue de Cheval (which is owned by Essaris) will be torn down to make way for this project.

Lol. I died laughing. I should point out i'm pretty tired.

The architecture seems confused, if not erratic. I guess these are just preliminaries, though.

J'espère que nous ne voyons pas ici le projet final parce que ce que je vois est franchement laid !!
