Getting into the land development industry
 

I've been looking for a real estate job (internship) for the past six months. No luck! Even one I thought was a sure thing did not end up calling back. :( I know the market is bad right now, but dammit I wanna do what I love!

Anyone got any tips or pointers?

I'm looking for urban developers...
