^Wow, that's awesome! I really like the shapes of the buildings, and the LRT line.

Thanks! Posted it in the Manitoba area and got no response yet (new thread too)

I used to draw TONS of cityscapes and buildings on paper, but lately, I havent had the free high school art supplies to do so :(

That's what I was going to write. People invariably give credit to the 1st famous/public example when for all we know there could have been hundreds before it.

For example, I invented the minivan 4 years before Chrysler. :D

Well I have always thought that, this @ 45 Bay would be amazing.... If anyone can render such a tower for me, it would be cool to see..[IMG]http://canadacup 87[/IMG]

crap It didnt work... Could someone post a pic of the 87 Canada cup Trophy.... and then picture it as a 850 foot tower/..... It would be a National symbol world famous.... A London Shard But Better!!!!! All the 87 team would have to sign the corner stone...LOL ( the greatest team ever assembled by one nation??

Shoot, maybe have it go 999 .9 feet!!!

that tower is very skinny for 150m... I suggest you make the floorplate a bit bigger ;)

Blumberg! Or Pointe West (link 2), depends what you prefer to call that area. Anyways, heres the details:

Phase I | Two store areas, community centre, some single-family housing
Phase II | More single-family housing, greenspace #1 development, transit loop construction
Phase III | Mid-Rise area, Single Family housing, extension of Route 82(see link 3) to area for transit service 6am-6pm weekdays, as a start. Transfer to 22/24/25...
Phase IV | Convenient Store, more single family homes, developement or Siegfried Bike Path
Phase V | Apartments, Single Fam Housing, Construction of Assiniboine Avenue West
Phase VI | Bike path along Assiniboine River, two-lane bridge across river as well, with Augusta Drive extended north! Maybe a gas station near SW corner...
Future | Pointe West Bike Path, 1/2 more transit routes, 7-10 more "Phases"
