Tower II's already built podium and her recently installed crane with tower I in the background. Tower I will be added more floors for a total of 25 later, probably after tower II is completed.

Oh Its only 109m high? So it isn't uniquely an office development I suppose...
|
No, from the infos i gathered in the Québec section, the first 13 floors of Tower II are supposed to be office and the top floors, condos.
The built section of Tower I (17 floors) is all office while the future top part is announced to be a 200 room hotel. So both towers should be mixed-use. |
Ah ok then! Still, good to see Quebec developing a "La Defense" business district. Now, all there needs to be done is to tear down Marie-Guyart and Quebec will be back in tip-top shape!
|
Poor good ol complexe G!
Alright, so we now have the official height directly from Cominar (the developper). Tower I will be 95M and Tower II, 110M. Tower II will become the second tallest in the city!:notacrook: |

nice. by the pic of the one tower already built, the two towers together are going to look really neat when viewed at the corner and the two curved glass facades are in view.
|
Yes, definitely! Its that angle of the towers you'll see when approaching from Montreal on the 20 and entering Quebec City from the Bridges and Boulevard Laurier. (if you didnt know that):)
|
Good to see QC getting some love.
Are these towers "Downtown"? (sorry - I'm not that familiar with the city). |
