I had to resize this pic because I really couldn't see the full impact at that size. It was like trying to put together the pieces of a puzzle.

There is such a variety of towers in Hong Kong. You have everything from super wonderfull office spectacles right on down to third world decaying apartments from hell. All of which combine to make a little piece of heaven. It is all Just fantastic to say the least. Yes, a little piece of heaven is exactly what it is.

And then, you have the topography with the mountains in and around the city. It's like a cross between New York and Rio.

^^why? La defense is a nice skyline but it's like a smaller dt Houston or LA in the middle of a great old city. It's just a bunch of office towers...It is looking up though.

What exactly do you find so appealing about this monstrous and ungainly structure? Does the sight of it make you gasp with pleasure? It makes my gasp in horror. It certainly doesn't seem to do much to warm up the streetscape.

Is Woodland Hills now an independent city or is it still part of Los Angeles?

There is not one single building over 500 feet tall in Miami that was built before 1980.

Uh....I find that difficult to believe. There's basically only an American style mall, office buildings and a few condo towers there, it's a very small area. Were you unable to use the Metro!?

Do you like modern architecture? If you do that is a beautiful peace.

i like modern architecture and i think that building looks like a piece of shit honestly. Its all subjective

That is the worst angle possible of the new Busan Cinema thing (whatever its official tital is lol). I've seen it in other shots and it is quite impressive. I lived in Busan for a year (2008/09) and while most of the talls don't look so hot it is a very visually intriguing city. So much density with high hills everywhere and the rugged coastline.

Plus at night with everything lit up it looks great. They have built some nice 230m plus buildings in the last 3 years by Haeundae beach that look stunning, they are all in one cluster, and a couple decent new 200m towers in Centum city just inland from the coast 2.5 miles or so. I will post them later.

That's right, Miami will become huge soon.
