Some pics of our visit to this fascinating country in the Middle east.
With my girlfriend and our little son, we travelled from Damscus to Palmyra, Hama, Aleppo and back to Damascus,
all by public transport and taxi's.

Interesting...I've never seen pics of there before. That pic of the 55 Chevy cracks me up...lime green was not an available choice in color when they were manufactured...

Thanks for the nice comments.
That's the truth for the modern part of the city. I will continue with the old part soon. That part looks much more oriental.
And after all, Damascus is one of the oldest, if not the oldest city in the world!

Sure, the old cities of Damascus, Aleppo and Hama. And the ancient sites of Palmyra, Apamea, Krak De Chevaliers, St-Simeon, Masyaf, Ma'loula,, Seydnaya and the Cities of Dead...
