Case 18599 Details I don't really know Eastern Passage enough to form an opinion on the suitability of this project but what I can say is this will be dense for the community and it is located in the village centre near Fisherman's Cove. |

I think any effort to increase density in Eastern Passage would be good for the central area. There are stores there and it is really downtown Eastern Passage. Much of the housing is old very old stock and the area could use a face lift. The people of eastern Passage would like a supermarket so this would help to that end

This could be great. The area needs some diversity in housing and development like this could help some of the older residents age in place instead of having to move out of their community.
The development that can be seen at the end of the road at the street view for this site is the perfect example of density that works for this area. |
