With this project, 2301 7th, and really anything in Seattle's 400' zone, residential projects will top out closer to 440' because they can use the extra 10% for architecture, mechanical, amenities, etc.

Not bad. It's more refined than the original proposal.

They also increase the unit count and decreased the parking count. The latter is something like 1/3 the former.

Love this one because it's 1/5 of an acre, it's about 1/3 as much parking as housing units, and it helps fill a key corridor of towers in a relatively short distance.
