They should be talking about 500' ft towers here in late 2014. 400' is so 1995.
Also, the amount of parking seems way too much. |
Yea its because of the height limit for the area. Hopefully it will change.
There have been appeals to this in 2014, and pro-development groups are trying to change this. |

We're in the awkward moment where everyone knows that the height limits have less and less meaning but no one (both those in office or the height-phobic activist) wants to say so. Still, it's a big increase in height from what's currently there.
