One source say the apartments would be ready in 2017, another says 2018. That may be for each tower. In any case, in doesn't appear they were completed in 2016. Google Maps doesn't even show that I don't think.

Find out for me when each of these was started and completed. Google Maps seems to show one well under construction before the foundation work for the other began.

It seems like your appreciation was on point. The first was completed by 2017 ant the last one was completed well into 2018.
