I cant wait to see all of them up in the city and with the ball rolling the projects keep getting bigger and better.

I personally think that the best projects in Edmonton are the ones on campus, not the ones downtown.

^yes and no...there is a mix of good and bad throughout.

Well, I was in Edmonton several times in the last few months and nothing downtown really stood out for me, although some of the new condos are nice. I stayed on campus a few weeks ago and was very impressed by the new developments going up at the university.

Some of the upcoming projects like Icon may change my mind.

I think the Icon is already under construction. I drove by the site yesterday and it's fenced off.

That is an AMAZING collection of new buildings and highrises for a city of this size.. I am soo envious of urban Canada sometimes, when I see your mid-sized cities having way more urban expansion and development than some of our US cities of a much larger metro population.

very true...given the size of Edmonton (720,000/1,001,000 CMA) it does have A LOT going on, but far from enough and quality needs a big bump.
