Beautiful shots. The saturation looks like Velvia slide film. :) Did you use the Landscape picture style in-camera?

Here's one from December 26 in the North Mountain preserve in Phoenix. What you're seeing there is snow falling in Carefree and other areas north of the city.

Upward, sorry I didn't reply sooner. No, I don't use the landscape automatic style, as it over-exposes the images too much for my taste. Aperture-priority is my favored shooting mode for landscapes, with -1 to -2 exposure compensation.
