Good for Regina, looks like a decent tower, though it's hard to get an idea of materials and colours from the render. The sloping wall that matches the 2 80's towers could look bad though.

Just to let everyone know, its being built on the NW corner of Hamilton St and 12th Ave. I will post regular construction updates from this location.

Awesome Migs! I look forward to following the progress on Regina's new tallest.
|
Good to see a new tallest going in Regina. Regina's got a good looking skyline for a city of its size, and it's going to get better.

And if Capital Pointe goes through (which due to high demand for the units, seems like it's going to be a go), then the title of tallest will then pass onto that building. Would be nice to have a 100+m though... |
good job Regina!! good to see, wish Saskatoon would get some, let saskatchewan rise!! Regina and Saskatoon will soon become smaller version of Calgary and Edmonton.
|
Looks like demolition of the existing buildings on the site hasn't happened yet. :sly:

With its larger population, why is the city of Saskatoon's skyline so much smaller than Regina's??

From my cell phone, last night (Sept 8). The barricades are in place, and signage is coming down...Demo to start soon!

Was this company taken over or in the process of being taken over ...and will that effect this building from being completed?
Would love to see this built, great for the Queen City. |

Mosaic is another fairly large company (sort of under Cargill I think). Mosaic is also currently the holder of the naming rights to the stadium in Regina. |
Good to know, Thanks Nathan. Thought all potash in Sask. was mined through the crown corp.
