Anything's possible, albeit such a Versace Tower would be more appropriate if it were built in Miami Beach, but then you'd have to contend w/ the NIMBYs that live there, but it would be nice to have such a tower in the area.

That's the best part of Miami, in that once finely designed projects gets proposed, not only do they get approved, but they usually get built within a decent amount of time. Some projects need to be sped up, but as long as the projects get built, then Miami will upgrade it's national and int'l profile amongst world class cities.
