Thanks to cheswick for posting the initial design layout.
I feel it gives us a good idea of how condensed the retail offering might be and likely successful by keeping to a minimal amount.
SO likely between services, retail, medical offices, community etc, food services/cafes etc, less than 30.
I am wondering if the skywalks will have retail once again or just narrowed down the bare minimum.
