A compromise, I still think the Burj Dubai page is a little cluttered and a bit too long for one page.
The 'Megaprojects' will stay the same on the left hand side but I think an overview page with a brief description of the projects that's expandable into a dedicated page within, would keep your mouse batteries from running out from all that scrolling.
Snapshot and overview of all notable towers will be included but the site is really devoted to the actual megaprojects in the searchbar.
