I've been getting a lot of calls from clients lately asking for updates on The Harmon and the rebar problem.

Today (Nov. 30, 2008) I called and talked to one of my contacts at MGM Mirage and they told me the basics below.

First of all, there has been no official announcement from construction company on the setback or repair work yet.

The problem was supposed to delay the project's completion by 45 days but seems like longer.

An inspector had noticed that the construction was not matching up with the architectural and engineering drawings and demanded it fixed. Could be an issue on every floor but I couldn't confirm.

The project MAY have gone up to 24th floor last week but couldn't confirm.

Does anyone else have any news?
