Arguable...
1 Bloor has:
Better cladding, podium, and roof than aqua..
Aqua has:
Better height (but whipper snapper would say who cares
), more unique balcony design/impact to overall shape of the building;
(1 Bloor's curved balconies don't exactly change the shape of the building... it still looks like a box)
I'd say its a tie
