There was Simpsons, originally R.H. Williams, at 11th and Hamilton. Simpsons-Sears operated the catalogue centre at Broad and 4th, which is also where the original clearance centre was. But the Simpsons-Sears joint venture precluded having a full-fledged store in Regina due to the existence of a Simpsons location in the city.
