while i will admit that it is pretty looking building, i would also say that it would be like comparing a nice looking Timex watch to a $50,000 Rolex. the parts that sum them up just don't compare. the bow has waaay more parts. Eight Ave Place is a really nice big skyscraper; however, the Bow is its superior in so many ways. you cant just look at the shell and compare here. The bow has far to much going on for that type of comparison. it needs to be compared with the best in the world. well...... maybe Timex was a bit harsh, but you get the idea.
