Do the MK 2.5 trains still have those equipment cabinets flanking the front window?
If not, then it could be a restyled MK 2.5. If they do, then they'd have to put that equipment under the floors (i.e. MK III) to achieve the wide front window. Assuming, of course, that the render isn't just artistic licence.
