I agree. It would seem that in the quintessential "transit neighborhood" in Denver, with very limited space in which to build, a developer would want to maximize their little chunk of land by building as densely as possible. To knock a 23 story building down to only five stories seems pretty shortsighted and not at all what this neighborhood will demand in the coming years. Go figure...
