Yes it's the remnants of the same parish hall building. They removed everything above the second floor and changed some of the windows a very long time ago, but I don't really know why.
that's so sad It looked so beautiful! maybe the developer will give a nod to it's past in the design

I absolutly LOVE how the woman walking in front of the building looks like she just walked off of the first class of the Titanic .. the photo is a great still shot in time
