Yeah, I'd been a little harsh, underestimating a little bit the actual height. It's their fault! They've been making such a freaking noise of it! The Lyonnais...

Agreed, I think that's merely the 1st highrise fairly tall I see normally aligned to a street wall in the country.

Seriously and quite obviously to us used to awkward layouts onto large post-war slabs, that simple fact is indeed going to make a huge positive difference. I can't tell whether this single one would be enough, but I believe a proper layout is the very main thing to change the perception of highrises to the entire population. Lyon's surely going to really enjoy this one better arranged along a regular street of theirs.
