As an aside, one thing I thought was interesting is that if this tower were already built, it would be the second tallest complete building in Metro Vancouver:

1. Living Shangri-La -- 201m
2. 1133 Melville -- 160m
3. Residences at Hotel Georgia -- 158m
4. Sovereign -- 156m
5. One Wall Centre -- 150m

But since there are so many taller developments these days, this building, once complete, will likely rank #9 - at best.

2. Trump Tower Vancouver -- 188m
3. Brentwood ONE -- 187m
4. Brentwood TWO -- 187m
5. Brentwood THREE -- 182m
6. Altus -- 176m
7. Skyfront at Burrard Place -- 168m
8. 3 Civic Plaza -- 164m
9. 1133 Melville -- 160m
10. Residences at Hotel Georgia -- 158m

And there are likely more residential developments to be proposed that could be complete before, depending on how soon Oxford moves forward. Certainly shows that we are "growing up" as a region!
