Their is also talk that City Councillors
may be moving into the PSB for a period of time. Maybe they can put the underground parkade to good use when the WPS vacates the garage in several months..

Yeah, your right. Pagtakhan was the councilor making the suggestion, Distasio was the UW prof. from the faculty of Urban Studies that wants to preserve or possibly renovate the PSB.
