If you scroll down the page in Man/Sask you'll see that including stickies there are 20 threads posted in today or yesterday. At the bottom of the page you've already traveled back in time to November 10th, 2015. I don't think there is quite the traffic yet to warrant a separate Winnipeg section. Although if the Winnipeg forumers just hate Saskatchewan that much, then so be it.
