Call me a cynic, but I'm suspicious of such a powerful blaze in an empty historical building. Especially when that building wasn't being maintained yet must have a high property value. It's a shame in a case like this that we can't make these landlords either fix the buildings they own or sell them to someone who will. People like Motwani are the bane of urban development.
