Interesting, this is that small chunk of property on the south side of the planned Holst apartment project at Fremont/Mississippi. The only rendering I've seen (can't find anything online in a brief search) is on the graffiti-covered sign onsite, which has been there for a long time. I assumed the project was dead but I guess not -- wonder if they have a signed tenant?
