Trainguy, I have been wondering if the growing dearth of gas station locations around the city ALSO has anything to do with rising gas prices in Metro Vancouver as more gas stations close in favor of other (more profitable) forms of urban land use development (e.g. condos/apartments etc.).....what do you think?
