I think (I could be missing something) the tallest under construction in Virginia is Capital One Headquarters in Tyson's Corner at 31 floors and 470 feet:
There's also
Lumen at Tysons at 404 feet.
Then there's
CEB Tower at Central Place which is wrapping up construction and is the new tallest in Arlington (Rosslyn) at 387 feet.
600 Canal Place, the new Dominion HQ, will be second tallest in Richmond at 413 feet. It's on floor 5 or 6 now of construction.
And Norfolk just wrapped up
Hilton The Main construction recently at 263 feet.
