Queens Plaza Park

Queens Plaza Park is a mixed-use development that includes residential rental residences along with retail and offices. The 978,000 square foot tower will house 958 residences nearly 300 of which will be affordable units. Queens Plaza Park is projected to be the tallest building in Queens.

Included in the development is the adaptive reuse of the historic Clock Tower building, a land-marked 1927 building that originally housed the Bank of Manhattan. The renovated building accommodates over 50,000 square feet of commercial and retail spaces. The site also features a one-half acre public park that fronts the new residential tower.

Other amenities offered include an outdoor pool, 20,000 square foot retail gym, resident library, co-working areas, kids' playroom and a demonstration kitchen.

The project is being designed by Handel Architects with interior, lobby and amenity design by Selldorf Architects. Queens Plaza Park is being designed to achieve LEEDv4 certification and conforms to The Durst Organization's own rigorous sustainability standards.
