in South SF, Cadence is becoming quite visible from the current Caltrain stop (through dirty train window)...
and Pinefino also much more visible with the demolition of a building next to the tracks (perhaps related to an electrification substation, but not sure)
in San Bruno, they may be getting ready to demolish an abandoned building next to the 'new' train station. I've been waiting for this since the station opened, and hope we get a solid development there. no time to research it at the moment
there is also an empty lot across the street on the right edge of the pic in the distance
at San Carlos, besides the transit village in foreground, something else substantial is going up farther 'inland', just becoming visible
