You never want to get into the game of trying to offer more incentives. It's a losing mentality. If we couldn't glad-hand well enough, so be it. I agree with an earlier comment. A strong business community is homegrown, not created by giving everything away. Good for Calgary, but we'll be just fine. It's not that this is a great situation, but it's not disastrous.
