If they actually get Wawa as an anchor tenant in that thing it'll be a real coup for the area. That whole stretch of Girard, like similar stretches of Spring Garden and Washington, is also quite obviously severely underdeveloped, and I imagine the ongoing infill of North Broad will help push along redevelopment projects there.
Also that PCC car in the '80s livery is cute. There was a time when SEPTA's graphic design department
was competent, you know.
