I couldn't find any trace of the Hotel Lone Wolf. The video shows it to the southwest of Landmark Street...

Thanks for substantiating my confusion. My first impression was that the depicted structure was not a set piece, but rather an existing edifice located at an entirely different location. A version of the "full" short is available (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x7pAHm-Vb_c) but there does not appear to be any direct reference to "Lone Wolf." As an aside, "The Cocoanut Grove," is mentioned, which presumably refers to the then recently constructed Ambassador Hotel.
