From where the picture is taken is a"L" shaped new building where you can place your order, if the older stand is too crowded.

The white house is still there, the Taco Bell is where the cars are parked to the right of the the white house in the original pic. In addition to the white house every other house looking down Rampart is still there, the others having been replaced by apartment buildings.
