Full build-out of the $709 million Lone Star Brewery District mixed use project. This is on the other side of the CBD where the successful Pearl Brewery District is located in Tobin Hill.

Two other like projects are planned on the periphery of San Antonio's central Business District. Essex Modern City and Broadway East will be similar in size.
