I wonder what will happen with construction in the coming years. There has been a lot of economic turmoil lately but then again there's a lot of demand for housing. There has been a sea change in demand for urban living.
While there has been a lot of construction in the city I think there is still a long way to go and projects like Westhill are needed to get a good density of buildings around that area. The worst stretch is around Skye/Ralston/Salter where, sadly, little progress has happened so far.
Imagine how much more interesting Westhill on Duke would be if 120 m were allowed on that site.
