This is the first of what could be a few projects in the 1000+ unit category on sites of one or two acres (this one is two). Others include the former Antioch site, 1200 Stewart, and 701 4th. The other Onni block will get close with 900 or so units though it's more like 2.5 acres. Actually 701 4th would be 2/3 of an acre.
Our densest jobs tend to be more like 400 units on 1/3 acre. But wow I love the density these big jobs bring.
