Museum Towers II - The ZBA unanimously approved all variances requested by the developer on March 26, 2014. LSNA has a signed Neighborhood Development Agreement (NDA) for this project which will be recorded. Some near neighbors are in negotiations with the developer regarding a possible supplemental agreement.
