Glad to see more retail space - mainly because so many of these condo buildings add nothing to the street life. Hate these block-size buildings with nothing more than a tenant entrance and parking garage entrances.
Doesn't mean I have a problem with developments, just feels like a zombie movie on some of the streets that are just 100% residential. Only see people scurrying in and out of their building.
