So according to a Denver development insider (guru rds70) and the Colorado Real Estate Journal, the developer of 999 17th Street (Shea Properties) has closed on the land sale for this property from Robert Waxman for 4.4 million dollars. The transaction occurred on Sept. 16th. This is yet another good sign that despite the economy, Shea Properties is serious about getting this project out of the ground!
