Couple to renovate downtown building
Memphis Business Journal
Quote:
A Cordova couple is investing in an 87-year-old Downtown building, turning it into a modern multiuse property. Greg and Katie Vandeven have a contract to purchase the 6,958-square-foot building at 109 Madison for $175,000. They plan to spend at least $300,000 upgrading the ground floor into retail or office space, while converting the second and third floors into residential. Built in 1925, the building has a Gothic Revival facade.
