yes i was -- i spun the instagram tilt shift effect around from horizontal to vertical -- but it didn't really quite work out so well did it?
the tilt shift worked a bit better with the neighbor sign photo i think.
instagram really needs to up their game with the effects, they could be easily improved. many are too dark and too similar. more tilt shift and the like would be nice too. fisheye would be fun. 3D? and i am sure more. unfortuately, its so crazy popular i think they can afford to remain lazy about the offerings.
