Pretty unbelievable actually!
If someone doesn't see anything wrong with the contractor on $100M city project giving a dozen cheques from as little as couple hundred dollars to $30K to the mayor, they have never heard the word "malfeasance".
Katz was always a small time hustler, it was just sad people were stupid enough to vote him in as mayor!
