..The city experience a large influx of immigrants, coming from Europe, that was second to NY during the same time period. Also the Argentina economy was at it's zenith. There was lots of wealth and a huge population explosion. And the city prospered and grew......And yes it is beautiful in appearance and it's people and culture. It is defiantly a foodie bonanza washed down with good Argentina wines..
