Going to Kicking Horse for Sneak a peek Saturday, hopefully that rain last week didn't fuck up what is shaping up to be epic first day conditions. They have had 407cm already this season!

Weather has been quite stormy on the West Coast in recent month and rain has been plenty. With temperatures dipping again, this weekend should make for much better conditions again, so we may head up to Whistler once again.
Unfortunately the local mountains are still a no-go with too little snow on them.

Keep an eye on snow-forecast.com, they usually show you the temps on all parts of the mountain and will give you an idea what the snow conditions will be like. Any less than 10cm and I don't go, and if the temp gets above freezing on mid mountain, I stay away. Snowboarding in mashed potatoes isn't much fun.
