right, eventually three streets (25th, which currently crosses at-grade; and 28th and 31st, which currently dead-end) will
pass under the tracks.
... and Hillsdale station will be moved north to 28th Ave. I seem to remember that there is a bunch of development planned for the west side of the tracks as well.
Hayward Park development is separate. What is under construction now is
Station Park Green, about 600 units. Caltrain also was trying to put something together for its parking lot on the site, and it looks like
one more small project is also in the works.
